Hi, I’m David Khaetzki, a builder with nearly ten years of experience.

My journey began in a small, cluttered garage in East Austin, where I took on carpentry projects one by one, slowly building my skills and vision. Over the years, that passion has grown into creating custom commercial and residential spaces for Austin homeowners, investors and businesses, where my team and I work to bring each client’s vision to life.

Now we are a small and strong team of professionals that collaborate to create the most unique, functional and beautiful spaces we can think of.

Our approach is simple and intentional: we focus on crafting spaces that blend functionality with thoughtful design and we have a lot of fun doing that.
